The purpose of the assessment is to determine whether an opportunity for improvement exists at your facility and to protect both you and AFCo from investing time and resources into a process that does not achieve results (gap between the equipments' engineered capacity and current output of 25-40% is typical for OE3 process to be effective).  The assessment consists of an opportunity assessment (determines gap between equipments' engineered capacity and current output to identify how much potential there is for improvement) and an environmental assessment (evaluates the overall organization's readiness to effectively implement OE3 process).  The assessment is free and completely confidential.
