I hope you are enjoying your summer! Operation Care is forming a focus group and conducting a survey to help determine our goals and curriculum for primary prevention and education about sexual assault.
I was hoping that you could take about five minutes to answer a few questions and give us your thoughts. We would appeciate your response by July 14th. This survey is confidential and your responses are anonymous. Your answers will only be shared as a composite of all replies, and will be used by our focus group to help determine our community education goals for the next months.
