Honor Mom by celebrating with us on Sunday, May 8th, from noon to 4PM. Executive Chef Brian J. Alberg is offering a special four-course Mother's Day Dinner menu! In addition to the other courses, choose from the following delicious entrees: Grilled Tenderloin of Beef, Maple Cured Duck Breast, Oven Roasted Atlantic Halibut, Quinoa Pasta & Grilled Vegetables.To view the entire menu, please click here. The Red Lion Inn is offering a special rate to Mother's Day dinner guests of $99 (plus taxes; available only to guests who partake in the Mother's Day dinner) on Sunday, May 8, 2011, providing an affordable way to for family and friends to celebrate the holiday at the historic Inn - please call 413.298.1690 or email us to take advantage of this offer and to make a dinner reservation. This is also a great way for families who live far apart to meet in a centrally-located spot, shortening travel time!   

We decided to change things up a bit - in addition to the  bunch of new bands we've added to our roster, we also changed our menu too, bringing you more Berkshire-grown ingredients in our good ol' pub-style food. The menu includes Starters, Charcuterie, Salads and Sandwiches, along with nightly specials for $9.95.  


Here's a taste of what's cookin': French Onion Soup Gratin; Punsit Valley Beef Chili with Shredded Shelburne Cheddar and Sour Cream; Country Style Pate with Cornichons and Dijon Mustard; Dry Cured Meats, Olives and Potato Rosemary Bread; Baby Arugula with Dried Cranberries, Berkshire Blue and Aged Balsamic; and Den Cobb Salad with Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, Egg and Buttermilk Ranch; House Roasted Top Round with Horseradish, Sliced Tomatoes and Vermont Cheddar; Solid White Tuna Salad with Equinox Field Greens and Toasted Multigrain Bread; and Grilled Eggplant, Avocado, Hummus & Greens on BMB Flaxseed. The new menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free items too.

Trivia Night in The Den!
Every third Thursday the The Lion's Den Pub hosts locally themed Trivia Nights. Local Nights will feature a game of trivia (both Trivial Pursuit- and locally-based) and prizes hosted by long-time Red Lion Inn bartender Patrick Flynn from 6:00-8:00pm, followed by live music. Come for the fun, show off to your friends, and learn a little something about local history while you're here.
