As 2010 comes to a close, experts are predicting the focus for small business will shift from recovery to growth in the coming year.  Extension of the current tax rates, strong holiday sales and an improved lending environment are all positive developments.  With that sense of optimism, it is certainly a time to reflect on our overall business strategy, and to position ourselves to take full advantage of the improving economic climate. 

Helen Keller said, "Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement.
