Golden, CO - Charles P. Spickert, business broker / intermediary with Touchstone Business Advisors, has received the prestigious "Certified Business Intermediary" (CBI®) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

To qualify for the certification, Spickert was required to:

·    Successfully complete and pass course examinations in required and elective IBBA courses.  Courses included ethics, financial analysis, business pricing and valuation, legal and tax issues;
·    Agree to uphold the IBBA's Code of Ethics; and
·    Be in practice for more than 3 years and submit personal references.

In addition, Spickert will be required to complete continuing professional development activities on a regular basis.
