Fine print: The food allergy test I use checks for IgG mediated allergies. It is a 2-minute test that involves a finger stick. I send the test out to a lab, and your results are returned in approximately 2-3 weeks. You will get a copy of your results and I will review them with you via phone. Cost is $196 (you save $140 off the retail price) and includes my review/interpretation of the results.

Yummy and Easy Raw Pesto
This is a quick recipe I concocted to take advantage of the abundant summertime Basil. Eat it right out of the blender, freeze it for later or dilute it with more lemon and olive oil for a most delicious salad dressing. Enjoy!
Put in blender:
1 Bunch Basil ( Any kind! I like Bush basil)
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 cup soaked cashews (soak in water for 6 hours)
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Blend. That's it! Easy peasy. Use it on rice pasta, on grilled foods, as a tapenade on crackers, in salads. You may want to add more olive oil, salt or lemon, depending on yur personal taste and the size of the basil bunch.
