Gentle daily detox with Liquid Chlorophyll

Greetings!

Happy New Year!
I know I'm a bit late but better late than never and it is still January - just!
 
I've some exciting news to share.... I've just started writing my first book! And you could feature in it (anonymously) if you're willing to help me out with my research.
It's about getting through life's challenging times, coping with the stress they bring and will introduce readers to many of the techniques I use in my various workshops. As this is the first time I've put the material together in this way I'm offering some free coaching to anyone interested in helping.
 
I will only be able to work with 2 or 3 of you so to apply please email me at dawn@appearingday.co.uk briefly describing your current situation/life challenge and how you think I can help.  Emails must be with me by February 6th and I'll then make my selection.
 
Due to the amount of time I'm dedicating to writing I'm putting workshops on hold for a while so my next one won't be until May - I'll update with details in future newsletters.

Coaching Corner - Creating a Vision Board
So, how are your New Year resolutions going? I hope you are still sticking with them, although I also know that statistically many people will be giving them up round about now as the commitment starts to fade and what seemed like a good idea on Jan 1st now feels like hard work!
 
Whatever your goals, be they physical, such as diet and exercise, or aspirational such as learning a new skill, or whatever they are(!) you can give them a boost by creating a Vision Board.
 
This really is a fun thing to do as well as creating a visual reminder of your goals and why they are important to you. So, here's what you need to do....
 
1. Find a suitable board or large piece of paper. I used a large stretch canvas that you would usually use for oil painting as they were on offer at Xmas and are quite sturdy. A cork board or A3 paper will do just as well.
 
2. This step will take a few days to complete.... focus on your goals, dreams and aspirations. Your board can cover your whole life or just one area. Whichever you choose think about what you want to achieve in that area and then let your subconscious mind start to find you inspriational pictures and quotes that represent success to you.  Sunday papers and lifestyle magazines are good places to look. Or you can search the internet or type up positive affirmations yourself.
 
3. When you're ready set aside a couple of hours (at least!), layout your pictures and sayings on your board and then glue them on. You might like to start with a picture of yourself in the middle looking happy and contented.
 
4. Finally, place your vision board somewhere where you can see it everyday and spend a few minutes looking at it to give yourself a boost!

Affirmation of the Month
Everything I need comes to me in the perfect time and space sequence.
 
heartDoing affirmations, making wish lists, creating treasure maps, doing visualisations, writing in a journal can be compared to going to a restaurant. The waiter takes your order and then goes into the kitchen to give it to the chef. You sit there and do whatever you do because you assume that the food is on its way. You don't ask the waiter every two seconds: "Is it ready yet? How are they making it? What are they doing in there?" You place an order and know that your food will be served to you. It is much the same way with what I call the cosmic kitchen. you place an order in the cosmic kitchen of the Universe and know it is being taken care of. It will come in the perfect time and space sequence.
