With the demand for high-speed, versatile and precision packing line requirements, Lambert has partnered with the leading robotics manufacturer - Fanuc - to offer an expanded line of palletizing solutions to packaging customers.  Lambert can now design systems for case and bag palletizing and de-palletizing, layer handling and mixed product loading utilizing the Fanuc basic M-410 series industrial robotic system.

Series 1200 Palletizer 
 
Pictured here is the Series 1200 fully automatic palletizer. Available in both carton and bag palletizing models.    Series 1200 is a culmination of  one and a half years of market research and design. This system is capable of handling heavy loads up to 4000 pounds and 70 inches in height.
 
 
Lambert Series 1000 Palletizer 
 
This is the Lambert Series 1000 automated palletizer.  This system features a low infeed system for ease of handling, just 32 inches high. The 1000 is built with the same high standards of durability and dependability that are the hallmarks of Lambert installations.

Pictured is the Lambert Series 500 semi-automatic system featuring a small footprint for end-of-line use. An economical unit for lower volume applications, but can be upgraded for fully automatic functioning as production increases.
