Design tidbits and trends to share....
Greetings!
Happy Summer!!!  This has been a crazy, crazy summer for us!!! Kids camps, vacations, families visiting, press opportunities and an onslaught of new clients have kept us alive and kickin'!  We hope that you have been able to take some time off and enjoy your friends and families this summer.

Thank you to everyone for your supportive feedback regarding our New York Times feature.  It was our goal to be featured in a national publication this year and we are very grateful that the opportunity came along! If for some reason you did not receive our press announcement,  just send us an email and we will forward the article to you.  We are now looking forward to being featured in the September issue of Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine!

Need a Good Contact?
Over the years, we have worked very hard to create a team of tradespeople that display quality workmanship, professional knowledge and consistently positive customer service.   Whether it be a painter, an electrician, a faux artist, an antique restorer, a hardwood floor refinisher, we have a good contact to give you!

We understand that you don't need us for everything in your home (darn) so you might as well call us for a good referral!  We want to help you continue to make your home beautiful even if it means just offering you another good hand!

The Power of Paint
How many of you hate the surface color of your kitchen cabinets?  Your family room mantle?  Your built ins? How many of you have an old desk from childhood that looks it's years but you can't bear to throw it away?  How about that kitchen table that is the perfect size but the finish is screaming for a face lift?

Time to think outside the box!  We are lucky to work with (2) extremely talented faux artists (they service opposite ends of Atlanta) who can make plastic look like wood, sheetrock look like brick, and kids rooms look like a real life fantasy.  We are happy to recommend their services - just give us a call!!

Below is a before and after mantle that we designed in partnership with one of our faux painters that was recently featured in the May issue of Northside Woman Magazine:

Here is a look at how our faux artist can add brick details to a foyer, kitchen or bar area:

Words to Live By
"Lavish love on others, receive it gratefully when it comes to you. Cultivate friendship like a garden. It is the best love of all."
