On Saturday, February 23, 2008 the Door County Maritime Museum (120 N. Madison Ave., Sturgeon Bay) will be hosting a hand-stamp maritime-themed card class between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.  All supplies and instruction will be provided to create three unique hand-stamped cards.  Never stamped before?  It's fun and easy and you will soon be calling yourself a stamping master.  We all love to receive cards from loved ones, now is your chance to make something unique and then send it to that special friend or family member.  Come support the Door County Maritime Museum and learn a new hobby at the same time.

This unique class will be instructed by Museum member and volunteer, Laurie Stache, an independent demonstrator with Stampin' Up!  Laurie will also have order forms for individuals to order additional materials so that they can continue their new-found talent.  15% of sales on the 23^rd will be donated back to the Door County Maritime Museum.  Cost for the class is $5 for members and $12 for non-members.  Fee includes admission to the Museum's wonderful exhibits.  Come when you like and leave when you are finished.    For more information, contact the Door County Maritime Museum at 920.743.5958.  No need to sign up in advance.
