Dear ,
The summer season is off and running with our "Pirates!" exhibit drawing near-record crowds during its first month. June has already started out stronger than any June in the Museum's history so you can understand our sense of excitement!
This edition of the eMari-Times includes a number of updates I want to provide on Museum happenings so that you are able to take full advantage of the Museum's offerings. I hope you are enjoying this new style of communication and I wish you all a beautiful and relaxing summer!
Thank you for your continued support of the Museum's three locations!

Got Rags?
The volunteer crew of the tug John Purves is in need of absorbent cotton rags, towels, t-shirts, etc. to aid them in their refurbishment efforts on behalf of the Museum. Please deliver any rags you may have to the Museum's headquarters in Sturgeon Bay and we will bundle them up and get them down to this amazing group of volunteers!
Interested in making a contribution to the refurbishment efforts? Contact Trudy Herbst, Director of Development, at 920.743.5958 or via email at therbst@dcmm.org. Interested in volunteering your time? Contact Kay Reiche, Volunteer Coordinator at 920.743.5958 or kreiche@dcmm.org
Thank you in advance and look for the tug John Purves to be on display in front of the Museum in 2008!
