Wednesday Wine Tasting
blind tasting

It is my fault I do not have a list of wines for tonights tasting.  Thomas and I took a couple of days off with the kids and I forgot to make a list of tasting wines before we left.  Therefore I am not sure what we will be tasting but I will make it fun for all!
Friday Wine Tasting
 6:00pm - 7:30pm
sunset & wine

Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc

Supple, intense and streamlined, with a suave array of grapefruit, mineral, herb and guava tones. Spice tones add complexity, with generous fruit and minerals fleshing out the finish. Drink now. 200,000 cases imported. From New Zealand - 90 pts Wine Spectator

Two Tone Farm

"The core of this wine is citrus and melon, which is complemented by rich crème brulee and vanilla. There's tons of tropical fruit up front, with toasted cream and a nice viscosity on the mid-palate.  This is a Stag's Leap winery.

Livio Fuluga Esperto Pinot Grigio

Straw yellow with golden hues.   Nose: Elegant, ample and complex with notes of wild rose and acacia flowers; hints of tropical fruit, peach, apricot, licorice, anise and white pepper.   gGod acidic balance; excellent retro-nasal aromatics; persistent aftertaste with spicy notes of peach, apricot and bergamot

Five Rivers Pinot Noir

Simply put, this is one great Pinot. The nose will find this classic Pinot Noir brimming with rhubarb, violets and cardamom with hibiscus flowers and a note of vanilla from the easy oak treatment. The palate will rejoice with the taste of wild strawberries followed by tangy bright cherries, hibiscus nectar and a strong acid backbone. It's spicy, structured and complex.

Terrezas Malbec

Color: Deep crimson with sharp candy red highlights

Aroma: Upon swirling, jazzy notes of blackberries and sour cherries develop into fine traces of smoke and spices.

Palate: Bright and generous, a lively mouthful of ripened plums and boysenberry, with chewy tannins and a violet scent building up to a refreshing finish.

Make sure you come out and listen to Josh Thursday Night.  You love South Saturn Delta you are going to love Second Helping!

Sincerely,
