Wednesday Wine Tasting 6:00pm - 7:30pm
LIVE JAZZ

Schloss Vollrads QBA
Intense fruit and floral aromas give way to dried sweet apricot and a hint of acidity that pairs wonderfully with milk chocolate. The perfect gift for the sophisticated connoisseur! Each box includes 9 truffles, a bottle of hand-selected wine, tasting notes and pairing suggestions. Nice nose of blossoms. This early basic Riesling shows all we had hoped for......a wonderful freshness, nice fruit flavors, finesse, good acid, minerality! This wine makes fun!! Reminds me more on a Kabinett than a QbA. Terrific quality for a QbA!!!
Joseph Drouhin Saint Veran
A wine lover travelling through Burgundy would expect, after Pouilly-Fuissé, to be in the Beaujolais area. Not so fast ! The lovely village of Saint-Vérand (note the different spelling !), wedged between these two areas, is half hidden among the hills. Established by decree on January 6th 1971, it is the latest appellation in the Mâconnais region. Its Jurassic chalky soil, a continuation of the limestone strata found in the Côte d`Or, is ideal for growing Chardonnay grapes. Picked by hand, the grapes (100% Chardonnay) are gently pressed. The juice ferments and is aged in oak barrels, with a very small percentage of new oak so as not to overwhelm the wine.
Saint-Véran is very closestylistically to Pouilly-Fuissé, with its golden green hue, its intense fruity, flowery nose and its refreshing flavours. It can be enjoyed very young, two to three months after bottling. Yet, give it one or two more years to fully appreciate its complexity. It marries well with hors-d`oeuvre, delicately flavoured charcuterie, oysters, mussels and any other shellfish.
Joseph Drouhin Macon Villages
Mâcon is a large area located in the Southern part of Burgundy, next to Pouilly-Fuissé. The clay and limestone soil of the Jurassic era found in this region is well suited for the Chardonnay grape variety. The grape juice ferments in stainless-steel fermenters at a rather low temperature. Bottling is done early in the Spring following the harvest. Mâcon-Villages is a flowery, fruity wine with a clear and brilliant hue. It has a crisp, medium body and a clean, lean acidity. Very pleasant finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to full flavoured fish dishes and charcuterie. Try it also alone as an aperitif. As with other white wines, Mâcon-Villages should be served chilled but not cold. It is meant to be enjoyed when young, the wine being at its best after one or two years of ageing.
Li Veli Passamante
Characteristics: intense, bright ruby red colour; highly perfumed with strong, lingering sweet fruity notes, persistent with hints of fresh fruit and preserves; the flavour is well-balanced, soft velvety, fresh and fragrant, owing to a pleasant underlying acidity which lends it vigour and persistence on the palate. Serving suggestions: ideal with vegetable soups, first courses of vegetables and pasta, white meat, medium aged cheese.
Zumaya Tempranillo
Made from 100% Tempranillo in the Ribera Del Duero region of Spain, this soft, delicious wine offers a mouthful of black fruit with the slightest nuance of oak. Juicy enough to drink by itself but with enough structure to pair with many dishes.

Friday Wine Tasting 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Badger Mountain Vineyard- History The transition to organic viticulture began in 1988. Since that time we have not used chemical herbicides, insecticides, fungicides or synthetic fertilizers in our vineyard. We have relied on only organically approved and naturally occurring substances for all vineyard applications. In 1990, Badger Mountain Vineyard became the first vineyard to be Certified Organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. The production of premium fruit is virtually assured by advantageous use of our assets: favorable location, climate, volcanic soil, and organic techniques.
Badger Mountain, NSA Chardonnay 2006 Columbia Valley
Integrated aromas of Asian pear, kiwi, vanilla, and hints of caramel and butter. Round, ripe, and generous with flavors of Bartlett pear, kiwi, honeydew melon, finishing with subdued mineral and vanilla.
Badger Mountain, NSA Merlot 2006 Columbia Valley
Great complex aromas with dark sweet cherry, marionberry, and caramel dominating the subtle spicy undertones. Flavor complexity is enhanced with a background of toasty oak to compliment the rich, round black cherry, caramel, and wood spice that linger into the smooth, lush finish.
Badger Mountain, NSA Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Columbia Valley
Forward blackberry and cherry aromas are complimented by wood spice and toast. Flavors of currant, blackberry, and black cherry are framed by toasty vanilla and spice. The finish is focused, with a lingering balance of oak and dark fruit.
Okanogan, Bench Rock Red 2003 Okanogan Valley
This vintage of our signature red blend is a true delight for fans of hearty reds with structure and integrity. Our blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah is a joy to sip. Over 20 months of barreling yield aromas of spice and vanilla. A juicy, spicy finish lingers on the palate.
Silvan Ridge, Early Muscat Semi Sparkling 2005 (WS88) Oregon
This wine was fermented at a low temperature to accentuate the fresh fruit character. It displays explosive peach, mandarin orange and classic floral Muscat aromas that jump out of the glass. The flavors mirror the nose with a lively citrus quality, refreshing acidity and spritz to balance the sugar. The finish is clean refreshing with long fresh peach flavors reminiscent of the best Italian moscatos. Serve very well chilled as an apperitif or as a dessert with fresh fruit.
