Oh my....September 15 already!  Vacations are over, school has started and the "pretty" version of the newsletter is now in the shop!  These last few weeks have been a whirlwind of activity and unfortunately our email updates took the backseat!  There are some great classes coming up...some are already full or close to full so don't delay....sign up today!

 

Did you know that this month is National Sewing Month!  If nothing else, this gives you an excuse to sew!  Check out the official National Sewing Month website for the history of how it started.  There are also links to free projects!

 

Upcoming event!  PIQF is on the horizon...October 11-14, 2012 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Visit their website for more information.

Happy Hour

August Happy Hour Quilt

To the left is the beautiful quilt Sarah created using the "Coconut" Bali Pop and Cozy Quilt's "Intertwined" pattern. There are a few Bali Pops remaining and plenty of patterns for this gorgeous quilt!

 

Halloween is the theme for September's Happy Hour! Carol will be using the fat quarter bundle pictured below for her fun quilt.  Join us on Friday, September 28- 6:30-8pm. Call or stop by the shop today to sign up for this fun evening!  $40 for the fabric....the pattern and fun are free!
