 It's time once again to congratulate Mary Kay Davis!! Mary Kay's most recent award acquisition is 1st place in the Quilt Hawaii Pieced/Applique competition! Congratulations!
Mary Kay is not the only one who deserves  recognition.....Sarah Osentowski has launched her new pattern company SarahRose Quilts ! She is currently offering 2 of her patterns in the shop; Lily's Ladybugs and Sash 'Em. Both patterns have been wildly popular. Check out her new website and blog for more details!
We'd also like to congratulate our newest employee, Carol Dockery! We've been stocking Carol's Quilter by Night patterns in the shop for some time and many of you have had the opportunity to take a class or two of Carol's. She's just found out that she has been accepted as a vendor at the International Quilt Market in Houston, TX this fall. This wholesale show will give Carol the nationwide exposure she deserves!
 
Don't delay in signing up for the Jodi Barrows event (Square in a Square quilting) happening on Wednesday, July 27. We're so excited for you to see Jodi's unique Square in a Square techniques and tools. The Square in a Square system is a process that anyone can implement in most any design. Join us in the shop on July 27th from 1-4pm OR 6-9pm as Jodi shares her wonderful quilts and demonstrates how to achieve amazing results using her unique tools. Advance registration is required as space is limited. Your $10 registration fee for this event is refundable towards your purchase of any of Jodi's products on the day of the event.
A few short days after Jodi's visit we will be hosting Happy Hour on Friday, July 29 from 6:30-8pm. Bright and early Saturday morning (July 30) Christmas in July will start at 10am and conclude at 6pm! See below for more details!

Angela is continuing with the next installment of her Block of the Month program. Her adorable sample is pictured on the left.....it's even cuter in person! There's still time to sign up for this program. The Spring quilt was the first of the wall quilts and was completed in June. E
To the left is the stunning quilt Jody created using the Blue Hawaiian Bali Pop and Cozy Quilt's pattern "Spangled". Although we are out of this Bali Pop, we have plenty of patterns in stock. This was quick and easy and would make the perfect quilt for a dorm bed!
