 THE GIANTS ARE IN THE WORLD SERIES! As you can probably tell from that statement we're all pretty big fans! At game time the music goes off and the game comes on! Don't be alarmed if you hear a random shout-out or whoop! (hopefully you won't hear "oh no"!) Luckily the games start in the evening - around 5! Go Giants! Can you believe it's time for Halloween?! In celebration of this fun holiday the Halloween fabric is now 50% off (1/2 yard minimum cut) and the Christmas fabric will be 30% off through Sunday the 31st (1/2 yard minimum cut, kits not included). Get started on those holiday gifts now! Our 5th Granary Getaway concluded on Tuesday. The focus this time was on Quick Gifts and was a huge success. Participants made a tote bag, Peek a Boo Bag, napkins, placemats, luggage tags, a table topper, bottle cover, tissue holders, chenille scarf..... We kept everyone hopping! We're planning our next Granary Getaway for early Spring. Watch for more information in coming emails! Starting Monday, October 25, the Alliance for American Quilts will begin their fundraising auction of "New from Old" quilts on Ebay. One of Mary Kay's is being auctioned off. Prices start at $50. The first auction runs from 10/25 - 11/1. There are also quilts from other famous quilters, Mary Stori, Mark Lipinski, etc. Don't forget! We're open this Sunday from 10am-4pm! |
