As you know, the Granary is participating in American Patchwork & Quilting's One Million Pillowcase Challenge!  We're excited to be a part of this great program that will continue throughout 2010.  Check out their website for the current count (over 44,000 as of this writing!) of pillowcases collected and links to free pillowcase patterns.  The Granary will be listed as a participating shop any day now! 

 

Join Jody on Monday April 5 at her Quilt Mania Monday class and make a pillowcase.  With the class fee of $15 you will receive a pillowcase kit, Mary Kay's great pillowcase pattern and plenty of instruction.  Class starts at 5:00 and we sew till 9:30.  If you can't make it at 5 it's no problem....come when you can!  After you've made your pillowcase (which takes no more than 1 hour) you'll have plenty of time to work on your current project or get help on something that has been stuffed in your closet out of frustration!
