Happy New Year!

Greetings!

I hope you enjoy reading and consuming this newsletter from Dirxion. Since 1996, Dirxion has been focused on converting print to digital. For many years our focus was solely the telephone directory. For the last two - three years our development staff has been diversifying our products and services to all types of publishers i.e. Catalogs, Magazines, Travel Guides, Journal, and Textbooks. This product expansion has led us to many new product lines and product services for all our lines of business.

I am certainly proud of our accomplishments, but I still see a great need to disseminate the digital awareness to all walks of life. Our opportunities are infinite. The world is rapidly going wireless and mobile. Consumers are now accepting kiosks at the airport, bank, and service station. Flash memory and laptops are part of the higher education requirements for any successful degree. Every year computers are faster, cheaper and smaller. The race is on and digital services are just a part of this mix.

Don't be a spectator. This newsletter is targeted at our customers because we want you to take advantage of the services and products that fit your business. All of our product and services will either increase your revenue or help you save money. We have entry level services for getting you started and we also offer in depth services that allow you to disseminate the digital product via Internet, CD-ROM, DVD, Flash Drive and touch screen Kiosk.

I want to thank you personally for being part of our customer community. Please continue to help us create a better product for you, the consumer, and the environment. 2008 will be a very exciting year for both of us. Thank you for letting us serve you!

Here are some facts about audio and video that you might find interesting:

1.      A SellPoint, Inc. study conducted by Coremetrics found a significant increase in product purchases after online shoppers viewed audio/video tours of products. ·         There was a 35 percent increase in the sales conversion rate among shoppers who viewed the tours vs. those who did not.

·         Shoppers viewing the product tours spent more than 2.5 minutes, on average, engaged in viewing detailed product information about each product viewed. (Source: MarketingVOX, November 26, 2007)

2.      Online video advertising will surpass $1 billion by next year and reach $4.3 billion by 2011, according to eMarketer. (Source: eMarketer, August 2007)

3.      According to a phone survey from AT&T Advertising & Publishing, 53% of the 1,000 small businesses polled say they expect to buy online ads with videos within the next two years. (Source: The Wall Street Journal, December 20, 2007)
