The following troop paperwork is due to the Service Unit Nuts About Reading Managers:
- Pay Upfront Magazine subscription forms (white and yellow SEPARATED, unstapled copies only)--if not turned in previously.
- Completed Address Booklets (1 per girl)--if not turned in previously.
- A printout of the T2 Report. This is found within nut-E. Troops should login, click on REPORTS and select the T2-Nuts/Candy and Mags under Troop Reports.
- A printout of the Detailed Order Report for each girl from the QSP/Nut Online Program. Please verify that these online magazine and nut/candy orders have been entered into nut-E.
Late Orders
Today is the last day for turning in late orders. Late orders are especially appropriate for troops starting up late that would still like to participate in the program. If you have late orders, please complete the T-1 Form and submit to your Service Unit Nuts About Reading Manager. Your Service Unit Nuts About Reading Manager will turn this form in to a Product Program Manager, who will enter the order in nut-E. As long as late orders are submitted to a Product Program Manager by November 14, these orders will be available for pick up at a designated GSEP Service Center by November 21.
Nuts About Reading Incentives
Incentives for the 2011 Nuts About Reading Program are now being shipped out to Service Unit Nuts About Reading Managers. Please note that girls should receive the items for which they qualified, as listed on the Nuts About Reading Order Card (i.e. she should receive the towel set--not the large plush arctic fox). Also, Journey Book Vouchers and NAR Bucks (aka Adventure Credits) will be mailed out by GSEP to Service Unit Nuts About Reading Managers within the next couple weeks.
ACH (Automated Clearing House)
Troops participating in the Product Program ACH Pilot need to make sure that all funds collected for the 2011 Nuts About Reading Program have been deposited into the troop's bank account. On December 7, we will be sweeping out the money owed to GSEP. If troops participating in the ACH Pilot and are owed money from the Nuts About Reading Program, they can expect their accounts to be credited with this money after our Nuts About Reading reconciliation.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued when the Nuts About Reading Program reconciliation process is complete. Please note: refunds will not be issued for amounts under $5.00. Refunds from $5.01 to $10.00 will be issued as a Product Program Dollars Certificate that can be used at any GSEP Retail Shop. All other refunds will be issued as a check directly to the troop.
Surveys
Please take a few minutes to complete our Nuts About Reading Survey. Two surveys have been created: Nuts About Reading Survey for Troops and Nuts About Reading Survey for Service Units. Please complete the survey that pertains to you.
