2011 Nuts About Reading Program

Program Closure

The following troop paperwork is due to the Service Unit Nuts About Reading Managers:

  • Pay Upfront Magazine subscription forms (white and yellow SEPARATED, unstapled copies only)
  • Completed Address Booklets (1 per girl)
  • A printout of the T2 Report. This is found within nut-E. Troops should login, click on REPORTS and select the T2-Nuts/Candy and Mags under Troop Reports.
  • A printout of the Detailed Order Report for each girl from the QSP/Nut Online Program. Please verify that these online magazine and nut/candy orders have been entered into nut-E.

Late Orders

Late orders will be accepted until November 14, 2011. Late orders are especially appropriate for troops starting up late that would still like to participate in the program. If you have late orders, please complete the T-1 Form and submit to your Service Unit Nuts About Reading Manager. Your Service Unit Nuts About Reading Manager will turn this form in to a Product Program Manager, who will enter the order in nut-E.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued when the Nuts About Reading Program reconciliation process is complete. Please note: refunds will not be issued for amounts under $5.00. Refunds from $5.01 to $10.00 will be issued as a Product Program Dollars Certificate that can be used at any GSEP Retail Shop. All other refunds will be issued as a check directly to the troop.

Surveys

Please take a few minutes to complete our Nuts About Reading Survey. Two surveys have been created: Nuts About Reading Survey for Troops and Nuts About Reading Survey for Service Units. Please complete the survey that pertains to you.

2012 Cookie Program

Cookie Rally Kits!

Our Cookie Rally Kits are designed to give you a creative jump start on the Cookie Program. Inside of these kits, you'll find several penguin-themed activities and crafts. You'll be able to make your own "Penguin Pillow" and decorate a "100th Anniversary Girl Scout Tote" to carry around your cookies! As you enjoy these kits, keep in mind the 2012 Cookie Program tagline: "What Can a Cookie Do?"

You must order at least five kits at a time (orders will be packed in sets of five). Kits are available for 750 girls on a first come, first served basis. Please complete the Cookie Rally Kits Order Form  and submit to Lindsay Guyer at  [email protected].
