There are now 29 co-sponsors of H.R. 1515, the Safe Teen And Novice Driver Uniform Protection (STANDUP) Act in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Four more Members have joined the effort to prevent teen crashes by signing on as co-sponsors in the past two weeks:

Rep. Brian Higgins (D-NY)

Rep. Terri Sewell (D-AL)

Rep. Joe Courtney (D-CT)

Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA)

In the Senate, two more co-sponsors have been added to S. 528, bringing the current number of co-sponsors to 10:

Sen. Christopher Coons (D-DE)

Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-CT)

Thank you, Representatives Higgins, Sewell, Courtney, and Royce, and Senators Coons and Lieberman for your leadership on this lifesaving legislation!
