NYCID looking for Businesses and Organizations to Host Interns
NYCID's ACE Program works with young people between the ages of 16 - 24 who are not in school or employed and need supportive assistance in getting started in the world of work. NYCID provides them with intensive job readiness trainings, career exploration and case management services. We then place these young people in internships with local businesses, community organizations and government offices, where they have the opportunity to apply the skills they have learned and gain real world experience.
For more information, please contact Amy Lavelle, Business Liaison, at (718) 947-4121 or alavelle@nycid.org.
