Chamber of Commerce Welcomes New Member Qdoba Mexican Grill on Richmond Avenue Staten Island, NY. June 8, 2012 - The Staten Island Chamber of Commerce welcomed its new member, Qdoba Mexican Grill to the community on Friday, June 8th at a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony.
