Greetings!
"How did you get started in this business?" was the number one question the High School students asked me at Career Day. I was among 50 parents who showed up at my daughter's school to talk to students about education, jobs, and careers. I represented a "Small Business Owner - AnniesTeaTime.com." I used Whittard Tea Bags to create a time line of my working career and gave away samples of Whittard Tea, coasters, and tea tidys. Who knows, I might have introduced a young person to a great tea and sparked an entrepreneurial spirit.
Whittard UK shipment is in progress. Raspberry Peach, Irish Cream, Hot Chocolates, and of course more Dreamtime and English Breakfast are in the order. With shipping, customs, etc., I expect to see the goods here around Thanksgiving. Pray with me that it will come sooner. I will keep you posted.
Some have ventured to Rolling Hills Estates to shop at the Warehouse. What a treat to meet you in person. I try and serve a different tea sample each week.
