Greetings!
Whittard Delivery Van | My sweet peas are blooming! I wish you could smell them! Sweet peas are so special- they are beautiful and fragrant. "Thank you God for such a special treat each time I go out to my garden." "Is Whittard still shipping tea to the US?" - a customer asked me today. And the answer is "YES!" I should know. I got a shipment of tea about ten days ago. And we are ordering more tea this week to keep Whittard Tea lovers like you supplied. If you need help finding a tea on Annie's Tea Time, try using the search box at the top of each web page. One new thing on the web- I have put most of the dated teas on the " Clearance - Whittard Sale" page. Take advantage of these specials below. They make wonderful gifts to give or for you to keep. How about a Fitz and Floyd Tea Party?
Fitz and Floyd Dragon Crest from Annie's private collection
 |
" This is my mother's china pattern!" exclaimed my graphics consultant when I served her some Whittard Russian Caravan. In my 20's, I started collecting Fitz and Floyd china. I started out with about seven different patterns, all with an Art Deco influence. Then I found some Wedgewood Patrician that a young woman sold at a garage sale: ("This is my mother's china- I don't want it.") I also have some Wedgewood Edme. One of my favorite collections is Haviland Ransom Gold all monogrammed. Since then I have added more monogrammed white china with gold trim. And of course, I have a wonderful collection of bone china teacups and saucers. I am going to have a cream tea party with just my Fitz and Floyd's! I love to bring them all out and have my guests pick the teacup pattern they like most. To get more info on a china pattern, check out www.Replacements.com

Free See's Lollypop with any order
Offer good while supplies last
 | In San Francisco, the streets used to be cleaned by men who walked the streets and actually swept them with a broom and a cart. One such man used to work near my father's old grocery store. When we saw him coming down the street, we would run up to him and say "Hi" and he'd smile and give us one of these lollypops. My favorite is butterscotch.
Add one free Lollypop to your order...
(For you teabag lovers- I couldn't come up with a good special this month. So, for every box of teabags you buy, I will give you one free lollypop. For example, if you order four boxes of teabags, I will give you four lollypops.) Have fun shopping!

We are celebrating Easter this year at a 6 A.M. sunrise service. We will pack some blankets and a thermos of hot tea. This is a very important celebration for me. Sometimes, I get busy planning the meal instead of remembering the real meaning of Easter. This year, my husband wanted to organize a potluck for friends and it just turns out to be the day before Easter. So, I think Easter Day will be more relaxed and a time for reflection.
To those of you who celebrate Easter, Happy Easter. I hope you enjoy the passage below.
Take care,

Annie Allison
Annie's Tea Time
"One of the criminals hanging there covered him with abuse, and said, "Aren't you Christ? Why don't you save yourself- and us?" But the other one checked him with the words, "Aren't you afraid of God even when you're getting the same punishment as he is? And it's fair enough for us, for we've only got what we deserve, but this man never did anything wrong in his life." Then he said, "Jesus remember me when you come into your kingdom." And Jesus answered, "I tell you truly, this very day you will be with me in paradise." Luke 23: 39 - 43

Customer Quote
"Annie, I was delighted to get my box of teas last week!! What a great little package! I was thrilled to see that it was the exact same box of tea that I fell in love with last year on my first trip to London. Thank you for the complimentary samples and the tea pamphlet, which was choc-full of great information. I never knew I shouldn't boil water twice. And your business card is probably the best card I have ever seen, no exaggeration! It's so pretty and informative, and I actually stopped to read the 51st Psalm even though I wasn't about to brew tea. Have a great day." Annie's Tea Time customer from Orange, CA
(Thank you to Janice, my graphics consultant who designed my business card.)
