Hot to brew tea for a crowd
I hosted a Christmas tea party for my 4th grade girls.  The scones were ready, but  the one thing I forgot to do in advance, was make the tea. 
If you are hosting a tea party for more than 4 people, you have to make the tea in advance or else you are up and down making tea.

Here's what you do:
Use a Chatsford 6 cup teapot
(see right) and brew your tea double strength (if you normally use 1 spoon of tea, use 2 instead).  Pour this strong tea into an airpot (like one pictured above)..  Top it off with more boiling water.  Now you can dispense this tea into your teapot of choice and enjoy hot tea and the wonderful conversation. 

If you use your airpot to serve tea never use it to serve coffee.
