Becoming an Elder for MDC is an intentionally long road as we want to make sure that we have the right men, in the right places, for the right reasons, with the right training all for the glory of God.
As you may know, Brandon Jacobson has indicated that he aspires to be an Elder for the
Missio Dei Family. You can hear his Gospel Story that he gave on March 14.
This Sunday, May 23, during corporate worship, Brandon will be publicly examined as his final step as an Elder Candidate in the process of being considered as an Elder for the Missio Dei Family. Would you please be praying for Brandon in the upcoming days as he organizes his thoughts prepares for this Sunday? Would you pray for Sydney as she will come alongside him in this ministry as an elder?
Again, I am strongly encouraging you to be a part of corporate worship this Sunday (hmmm... shouldn't this be expected anyway?) to hear Brandon's passion for the Gospel, shepherding the MDC Family and his hopes and dreams for Missio Dei Church for the glory of God!
