OFFERINGS AT MISSIO DEI
This Sunday is the last collection Missio Dei will be making for the ongoing support in Haiti. Please give generously from your heart. There is so much rebuilding to be done.

The Elders of Missio Dei Church decided that we will be financially supporting two different organizations.
Special love offerings will be taken through Sunday, February 14 during communion. These offerings will be in addition to our regular tithes and offerings and benevolence. During the week of February 14, we will reexamine whether or not to continue taking special offerings for Haiti.
We believe that we can collect more than $4,000 as a church and would love for this to be an expression of our willingness to "bear one another's burdens... especially to those who are of the household of faith."

Nigeria Missions Meeting

On Sunday, March 7th Partners in Ministry will have a brief meeting after corporate worship concerning
our Missions trip to Nigeria in the summer of 2011. This meeting is for anyone interested in
supporting this trip whether through fund raising or any other activity. You don't have to go to Nigeria to support this trip. First and foremost, we need some creative fund raising ideas and supporters to help carry out those ideas. We need your help, so please come with a few fund raising strategies. Again,
everyone and anyone is welcomed. |
Leadership Community Change

The February Leadership Community is going to be reserved only for
Ministry Leaders. We are implementing an every other month approach
with the "general public" when it comes to Leadership Community so that
ensure that the Ministry Leaders are cared for, have their questions
answered, are on the right track when it comes to the mission and
vision of the church, and so they can lead the church effectively!
This Leadership Community will be Saturday, February 20, from 9:00-11:00 am.

Donate Your Ink Cartridges

|
The children's ministry - Kid's Crossing -
is asking for your help. We want all your old and used up ink cartridges to
turn in to purchase new tables and chairs for the kids. Just drop your old ink
cartridges into the marked trash can at the back of church. For more info
