SOLIDLINE GIVES $5,000 TO 'A NIGHT TO REMEMBER'

SolidLine is proud to sponsor 50 high school students to attend 'A Night To Remember' in Rockford, Illinois. The event, which is celebrating its fifth year, is a special prom put on for teens with special needs. They're given tuxedos and dresses, professional hair and make-up, limo rides, and a chance to walk the red carpet complete with a full paparazzi when they arrive. Each guest with special needs is accompanied by a student volunteer. Together they dance, take photos, and enjoy the time of their lives.

"I would use two words to describe the event -- pure joy," states 'A Night to Remember' Event Coordinator Gregg Giamalva. "It's a beautiful experience that's only possible through the generous support of our more than 200 volunteers, and organizations like SolidLine Media."

SOLIDLINE TO PRODUCE CONSUMER SPOTS FOR NUTRI-VET

The SolidLine Art Department is busy creating three spots for Nutri-Vet, a leading provider of quality animal supplements. The spots will be available to view via QR codes on product labels and on signage in the aisles at pet stores nationwide. The productions will also be available to view on the Nutri-Vet website and social media channels. The spots feature a custom designed 3d animated character, a dog named Dr. Wellington. The good doctor will educate consumers on the benefits of their products, and add a fun and entertaining element to the Nutri-Vet brand.

Art Director Mike Petrik animates Dr. Wellington.

"The creativity SolidLine has bought to the table so far has been wonderful," exclaims Dr. Phil Brown, Nutri-Vet Sr. VP of Marketing and Regulatory Affairs. "Our new spots will educate consumers, which is our goal, but will also be fun to watch. And that's the key to getting the message through."

The SolidLine produced Nutri-Vet spots will be showing up in pet stores across the US later this year.

SOLIDLINE CAFE NOW OPEN

Thanks to the generous donation from restaurant seating company Walsh and Simmons in St. Louis, the SolidLine Cafe is now open for crew enjoyment. Whether it's discussing a project over a cup of coffee, eating lunch with a colleague or friend, or more than likely just goofing around, the SolidLine Cafe is the perfect place in the office to take a few minutes to relax and enjoy the day, and the views from the new SLM offices.

Greg and Kevin cheerfully discuss puppies.

Happy Friday the 13th

The New Puzzler!

Happy Friday the 13th! We hope this day finds you safe and full of joy. Our very own Justin Younger has reportedly admitted his fear of Friday the 13th. We always knew Younger was a softie, but up until now were not aware such a fear existed! Come to find out, Younger is (surprisingly) not alone. His condition is commonly referred to as friggatriskaidekaphobia, and can keep those affected hiding under their bed covers on Friday the 13th.

We did our research to make Younger feel better today, and come to find out Friday the 13th actually tends to be one of the safest Fridays of the year! Whether it's due to more people being extra careful or less people getting out of bed--studies show today will have less traffic accidents and reports of theft and crime. So bring it on, Friday the 13th!

The Question:

How many people in the US are affected by friggatriskadekaiphobia:

A. 12-16 Million

B. 17-21 Million

C. 22-26 Million

D. 27-31 Million

Think you know the answer?  Send it in to [email protected].  If you're the first correct respondent, you will win a box of stylish SolidLine-branded coasters. Good luck and thanks for playing The SolidLine Puzzler!
