Greetings!

James Burbidge 2In case you didn't know, each year we have a trailer for our festival, made by one of our filmmakers (winner of Best Film of the Festival).

This year Alex and the team behind I am a Fat Cat are making it in New York. The trailer has now been shot and is currently being edited. You can follow the progress on Alex's blog.

In other news, our series of special summer tutors is in full swing. You missed out on Dov Simens, but you can still learn about comedy from Steve Kaplan and organic screenwriting from John Truby. Check 'em out while they're in the U.K.

Review: Ghosted

Standard genre fare from this competent prison drama. Good performances from Compston and Parkinson can't quite bring the cliched script to life.

Dom Rotheroe's feature film Exhibit A is the story of a normal family ultimately driven to the unimaginable because of a father's secret. The story is captured through his daughter's camera, allowing the audience to see these chilling events from a fascinating perspective. Watch it here and see the truth; the camera never lies.
