Greetings!
Mr Bond, I've been expecting you, In the spirit of Raindance's global expansion I felt an appropriate picture was needed. You had the same photo of James for weeks anyway and I'm sure you need a change. Our new office in Berlin has opened in time for the Berlin Film Festival, where we'll be running one of our famed Live!Ammo! pitching panels. But back at home we've started the New Year with a bang, with over 100 people coming to Open House and the 99 Minute Film School each, and the Directing Essentials evening on Tuesday being completely sold out (sorry to those turned away!) The courses term starts in earnest next week with the Filmmaker's, Writer's and Director's Foundation Certificates. Any questions on any courses give me a call in the office, it's usually me who picks up! Have Fun, Rory O'Donnell Course Director |

The importance of perseverance
You've got to believe as a filmmaker that if a movie's good enough, it is going to survive; and if it is not, well, it will not. Sam Mendes "My three Ps: passion, patience, perseverance. You have to do this if you've got to be a filmmaker. You have to have passion if you're going to deal with this subject. Patience, because it's going to take a long time to get there. And perseverance: keep at it, keep at it. Robert Wise I think and think for months and years. Ninety-nine times the conclusion is false. The hundredth time I am right. Albert Einstein |
