Environmental Friendly Tip Du Jour! In an effort to support a "greener," more energy efficient environment, here's just one way to save energy each day of the week.
Set your default home page to Blackle, and you'll save a little bit of precious energy every time you open up a web browser. Display an all white web page, 75 Watts of energy is used, as apposed to only 59 Watts when you display a black page.
That may not seem like a lot, but it's estimated that if everyone who uses Google worldwide switched to Blackle, a total of 3000 Megawatt-hours could be saved annually - which is enough electricity to power 600 homes for an entire year.
You can easily spread the word by putting this text in your email signature - "Blackle.com - Saving energy one search at a time."

Truby Breakdown
Comedy is the most under-estimated of all genres. Most writers think
they can write a good movie comedy if they're funny. They think all you
have to do is string together a lot of jokes and gags and you'll have a
successful comedy script. How wrong they are.
Read John Truby's fascinating breakdown of The Hangover
John Truby is regarded as the serious writer's story coach and has taught his 22-Step Great Screenwriting and Genre courses to sold-out audiences in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Sydney, Rome, Toronto, and other far-flung locales. Over the past twenty years, more than 30,000 students have taken Truby's 22-Step class and rave about the insights and direction it has given them. Heard of John Truby's 22 Step Story Structure? It's in London on Saturday/Sunday 12/13 September

Best known for his documentary film Super Size Me (2004), Academy Award-nominated documentary filmmaker, screenwriter and producer, Morgan Spurlock is center of attention here at Raindance.
Super Size Me is an experimental documentary about the harmful health affect of eating McDonald's food everyday - which he does three times a day for 30 days and documents through the film what it does to his health.
Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary feature, Super Size Me became a worldwide hit, grossing nearly $30 million, receiving two thumbs up from Ebert and Roeper and scoring a 93% on Rotten Tomatoes. It was the 10th highest grossing documentary film of all time.
Riding a wave of positive momentum from his first documentary film, Spurlock's second, Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden? (2008) premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2008. Spurlock explores the fight against terrorism while traveling through the Middle East and playfully asks random people on the street where to find Osama bin Laden. But unlike Super Size Me, it received mostly negative reviews.
His next film which he co-directed with four other documentary filmmakers is an adaptation of the popular book Freakonomics, written by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner.
Freakonomics is in the final post-production stages and is scheduled for release towards the end of the year.
