We are completing The Mastery Company's core values this week with Transformation.
These core values are where we come from. Integrity. Service. Courage. Commitment. Relationship. Transformation. They are what we base our decisions on. These values frame how we relate to our clients, our vendors, and ourselves. They form our culture and shape our relationships and our work with clients. These core values are 'who' we are.

Our work is designed to unchain you from what your mind tells you can't be done, to achieve what you see as possible. Our work enables you to think and act consistent with a future you envision, not submit to feelings, history or behaviors that have stopped you in the past.
The Mastery Company transforms how you think and act in your practice as a leader, a manager and an owner. And more importantly, transformation is holographic. It shows up in every other area of your life as well.

This is our raison d'être. Transformation is what we do that no other consulting company can do. Transformation is what distinguishes us in the industry. And the best part, Transformation is our core competency. We consistently deliver transformation. We can be counted on to have clients operate beyond their past, their psychology, or in some instances, unsuitable emotional states.
Our aim is to transform our clients as owners, leaders and managers. To have them think and act in a manner beyond those limitations that are self-imposed. To have them deliver on what they're committed to achieving so results are achieved.
How do we do that? We don't change our clients. Change causes persistence. We don't use force. Force always elicits resistance. And we don't use manipulation through comparison, guilt for not being good enough, or jealousy of other practices. That never leads to transformation.
You see, it's pretty simple. We work with 'who' our clients envision they want to be as leaders, as a managers and as owners. Then we coach and train them to be that leader, manager, and owner. We know what our objectives are, and so do they.
Transformation is a quantum event. It doesn't occur in time or space. It occurs in an instant. One minute it's a wave, the next moment it's a particle. Transformation occurs inside the client, in their mind, in their heart and in their gut, all at once. Boom!
Now is this airy-fairy? Is it gobble-de-gook? Is this a cult phenomenon? Is it that dentists will believe anything? Nope. We have had clients produce incredible results for the last 26 years.
