The Fountains Resort - 2 Bed Resort Condos in an ideal location on South D-Drive, very family friendly resort with great atmosphere.

Staybridge Suites I-Drive - 1 and 2 Bed Resort Apartments ideally located for walking to International Drive facilities including restaurants, amusements, small attractions and shopping.  

Vista Cay Resort - 2 and 3 Bed Ventura and Monterey Condos (Executive) plus 2 Bed 3 storey Townhouses. Ideal location near the Orlando Convention Center but you do need a rental vehicle, just a bit too far for walking to the Drive. We recommended you book specific units rather than generic, they are not very much extra.  

General note for all I-Drive properties: Bookings should always be made at the earliest opportunity but especially so over the peak holiday dates of Xmas, Easter and late June through July to avoid disappointment.

Sea World is located only 4.5 miles away with Universal Orlando less than 8 miles...  

Barefoot n' Resort - Newish resort located at the rear of Old Town Kissimmee offering 1 and 2 Bed Apartments - feedback is very good and anyone who likes entertainment (especially for kids), eateries and shops on their doorstep should take a look. Free Nights Offer. 

Bella Piazza - 2, 3 and 4 Bed Condos. A really family friendly location with excellent spacious and well equipped condos, very attractive on-site leisure facilities in a nice tropical setting and some shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Highly recommended and the rental rates really do offer exceptional value!  NB: A unit overlooking the resort facilities can be booked for just �5 a night supplement.

Fantasy World Resort - Located in Kissimmee, Mediterranean Style two-story 2 Bed 2 Bath townhomes that accommodate up to 6 people. Each townhome is fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 3 TV's, and is ready for your active Florida vacation! Great new resort features include 3 pool areas, one a zero entry pool with lazy river and slides, kiddie splash pad, and 2 hot tubs.

The resort also features 2 additional pools, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, and playground. The new activities building offers a bar, lounge, games room, exercise facility 0with sauna and steam room, The acitivies department offers a daily schedule of fun for all ages.

Emerald Island - 3 and 4 Bed Resort Townhouses. An established resort in West Kissimmee. 

Lake Berkley - 2 and 3 Bed Resort Townhouses and from 1 May 2012 also 1 Bed Townhouses. Established favourite. Free Nights Offer. 

Liki Tiki Village Resort - 1 and 2 Bed Resort Apartments. Liki Tiki is in the favoured West Kissimmee area and is a tropical themed resort featuring a Lagoon Adventure Water Park (pictured below) with swimming pools, water slides, a wave pool, waterfalls, fountains and an area for smaller children. Highly recommended. Free Nights Offer. Mystic Dunes Resort - 1, 2 and 3 Bed Resort Condos with up to 3 Free Nights, depending on length of stay, during much of 2012. Many clients keep rebooking this very popular resort, speaks for itself! 

Orange Lake Resort - 2 and 3 Bed Resort Apartments & Villas. Orange Lake is one of our favourite resorts with its quality accommodation and superb on-site leisure amenities including the River Island swimming complex featuring beach style pools and river style lazy river.

Regal Palms Resort - 3 and 4 Resort Townhouses. This is a keen favourite with many clients featuring a swimming pool complex complete with lazy river.

Tuscana World Resort - 2 and 3 Bed Resort Condos. Tuscana really is a very nice and compact development in the Championsgate Area only a short distance south of Kissimmee with very attractive leisure amenities. Highly recommended and easily overlooked as a good choice!

Windsor Hills - 2 and 3 Bed Resort Condos. Probably the No. 1 favourite location for families in Kissimmee, ideally located in the Western area, great holiday atmosphere, tropical surrounding and extensive on-site leisure facilities. Very popular with many repeat customers.

Windsor Palms - 2 and 3 Bed Resort Condos. Sister property to Windsor Hills with similar on-site resort style leisure amenities. Established and popular resort.
