"What do you do for a living?" used to be an easy question to answer. You were a designer, or an accountant, or a doctor, or an artist. But Mash-Up! reveals how a generation is leading a work and careers revolution where you can be both a designer and an accountant, a doctor and an artist, and be happier and more fulfilled all at the same time.
A quick fix guide on how to improve career prospects, The Careerist is based on author Rhymer Rigby's weekly column in the Financial Times and touches on essential career moments such as how to: bounce back from failure, fire someone, use extracurricular activities as an advantage, ask for a pay rise, deal with arguments at work and even resign. News & Noteworthy - Although luxury brands have been slow to join mobile, a new eMarketer report shows that that will soon change. A survey of digital agencies with luxury brand experience reveals that 43% of respondents say their luxury clients are moving more quickly to digital advertising. What's the reason? An increase in mobile shopping of course. But consumers are expecting a lot from a luxury brand's mobile app including loyalty programs and early access to sales.
How do luxury brands strategize successful brand management? The second edition of The Luxury Strategy explores just that, covering everything from the difference between "premium," fashion" and "luxury" to the future of luxury. |
