Did you know?

April 2012

Every month at CU*Answers . . . holds new information to be aware of and has something noteworthy to remember.  Did you know?  That's our purpose behind publishing this short, informative newsletter. Here are a few things we think you'll want to know.

April is Financial Literacy Month

If you're reading this, there's a good chance you work for the credit union industry. CU*Answers produced a financial literacy program consisting of a series of learning modules to educate credit union board members or anyone who seeks basic financial knowledge.  'Anyone' could be you. We think you'll appreciate what you can learn from our Financial Literacy for Credit Union Board Members collection. These videos are also available 24/7 on our site at - http://ondemand.cuanswers.com. Look for the Financial Literacy for Credit Union Board Members badge.

CU*BASE 11.6 Release

The CU*BASE Release 11.6 was implemented in March! To prepare you for the broad scope of changes, we offered four training events.  Two of them concentrated on Teller and Member Service aspects of the software, followed by two others that covered the complete package of enhancements.

Did you attend training but want to revisit certain points or refresh your memory?  This link opens the 11.6 Release Summary CU*BASE Release 11.6  and these two links take you directly to the presentation where you can walk through the entire session on your own.

Maybe you want to experience the training as it was presented and share it with others from your team.  We've posted both versions of this release training to our OnDemand Learning Site.  http://ondemand.cuanswers.com > select Releases
