Every month at CU*Answers . . . holds new information to be aware of and has something noteworthy to remember. Did you know? That's our purpose behind publishing this short, informative newsletter. Here are a few things we think you'll want to know.
CU*BASE Release Training
We're taking a new approach with this training session. It's a busy time of year with 2012 just over horizon, so you will appreciate one block of time, slightly extended to cover two CU*BASE Releases 11.4 and 11.5 and a special segment just on Mobile Text. In fact, Mobile Text is the first topic on the agenda, so if you're excited about this new technology and how it works, you'll want to be on time to class! Other important information includes CU*BASE Release 11.4 which covers Lending tools such as Loan Recap Enhancements with Analysis Dashboard, Loan Concentration Analysis Dashboard, and Packaging Loans to be Sold: A Concentration Risk Tool. Then stay on for CU*BASE Release 11.5 where you'll learn about updates for Adverse Action Forms, EasyPay for iPay through mobile web banking, Credit Score Action Codes and Credit Score History, and "Learn from a Peer" CD Rate Analysis.
What you've just read in the short paragraph above is only the highlights of what you will learn when you attend this valuable training session. Read the detail here.

Ramping up for Education Express 2012
Back in 2010 when we were anticipating the need for training on vital topics that would best be presented in classes of short duration, we came up with Education Express 2011. In under 30 minutes per session, we've tapped the expertise within CU*Answers and Xtend to bring you topics applicable to varied segments of your organization. We've hit the AnswerBook, Early Warning Bulletin (EWB), Participation Lending, Trackers, SRS Bookkeeping, and Compliance related topics. Feedback has been positive, so we're continuing into next year. Watch for monthly opportunities to catch the Education Express 2012 to learning.
As always, you can register for courses online from the Education page at: http://cuanswers.com/education/
