Attention! Year-end is in sight
We have classes to walk you through proper procedures for closing out the financials for your credit union. Please forward this information to anyone who is responsible for year-end tasks. We offer a class for Online Credit Unions and a separate class for our Self-processor Credit Unions. Each class is offered twice in December. The Network Compliance Teacher
Finally! A guide to compliance that everyone can understand. It's written by a group of compliance professionals who understand the importance of communicating topics related to regulatory changes and the impacts on your business. These individuals continually draw knowledge from their education, experiences, and through their expertise in using CU*BASE. Back issues will be available even when the current issue has been published.

Here's Help!
This year has introduced a gold mine of ways to find help for CU*BASE software. From the traditional detailed Online Help to the incremental steps documented through Show Me The Steps, there is a method to fit your learning style. Mid-year we introduced two workbooks, Exercises for Success, as a supplement to hands-on learners. Recently, the first of a new series titled Documentation: Tricks of the Trade was published as a valuable reference tool. The first edition was introduced last month, and the second edition has already been written, each of them having a unique focus.
