Memo types are useful in tracking member interactions. Having a record of conversations helps advance the cross sales opportunity to the next step. CU*BASE delivers a standard set of memo types such as XS-Cross Sales, AM-Attempt Made, PN-Pending, and AP-Approved, but more codes can be added and all are fully configurable.
