Here's Help!
Show Me the Steps! Help System [SMTS], is the place to learn CU*BASE in an easy, step-by-step incremental mode. The initial feedback of this form of learning was so positive we wanted to add to the library right away. To promote submissions of new topics, we ran a contest earlier this year which we deemed a success! The final count was 118 fully defined and documented step-by-step procedures received from 14 credit unions. The winner of the contest is Jamie Streit from Service 1 Federal Credit Union. Jamie submitted over half of the procedures we received. Please join us in congratulating Jamie and thanking her for her efforts in making our Show Me The Steps (SMTS) Library more resourceful.
We are not done yet and there are many more undocumented topics waiting to be added to the SMTS help system. Please continue to provide step-by-step instructions. To contribute, go to the Network Links page in CU*BASE, find and click on:
