There's new help in town, and it's growing like wild fire. Since its advent in October 2010 it has already topped 101 procedures. Do the math. In 7 months Show Me The Steps has grown from a spark of an idea to the 100 plus Step-by-Step instructions we have today.
What is Show Me the Steps?
Show Me the Steps Help System is a fresh concept in learning how to use CU*BASE, and we keep adding to it. Check out these step-by-step directions for commonly performed tasks in CU*BASE. Topics currently include Teller, Member Service, Accounting, Lending ...and the newly added Collections, including how to handle a bankrupt member.
