In the next few weeks we will be putting the finishing touches on a couple new plans and a new interior finishing scheme from our award winning design team.
The new plans will offer a couple of key features we have heard people ask for. The 1765 sq.ft. Larch plan includes a two car garage and the 1590 sq.ft. Juniper plan offers a classic 3 bedroom upstairs design in in a smaller footprint and lower price point.
The new contemporary interior scheme is designed to deliver excellent value with designer selected materials and finishes at a more attractive price. All homes come energy and cost saving with geothermal heating, cooling, and hot water.
