Woodland Creek
Callumwood Lane - June 2011 Update
Wow, what a month! There's been lots of stuff happening. We are welcoming more new homeowners to our growing community. We have a few more homes ready for you to explore including our Douglas and Cedar plans. We had lots of fun raising money for a great charity Power to Be. And we have expanded our website to include our social media platforms including our Blog, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube pages.  Check out our video tour of the showhome and a video on how geothermal works.

In the News -  Woodland Creek featured in the
Vancouver Sun.

It's no surprise to see the Vancouver Sun feature a story from time to time on one of Sooke's awesome restaurants or the fabulous west coast beachcoming or the world famous fishing . But last weekend in the June 11 weekend paper we were thrilled to see Vancouver Sun reporter Suzanne Morphet write about the "Hot and Cool" things happening at our development in Sooke. The article is entitled Keeping it hot - and cool - at Woodland Creek and it provides a great snapshot of what is attracting home buyers to  Sooke and the  unique features available in the new homes at Woodland Creek.

Mud, Sweat and the Power to Be

Power to Play teamOn probably the wettest day in May, the 'Up the Creek' team representing Woodland Creek participated in a 3 hour adventure race called Power to Play to support fundraising efforts for a wonderful local organization Power to Be. It was cold, wet and too much fun.  As a team we place 13 out of 28, but the real win was raising over $3,600 for Power to Be. Read more about how we used Social Media to help us fund raise on our blog. Like to see more photos? Go to Facebook for some dandies.
