November 2011
I hope you enjoyed reading our first newsletter. We want you to know about new products and services the library is adding as well as remind you about the available tried and true ones.
Please send in your book requests to help us build the theatre and dance collection. We are also interested in your thoughts on ebooks/electronic books in the collection, see the poll in the "Talk to us..." section. Our goal is to provide a collection that meets your needs for teaching and research.
I am also available to conduct library workshops for your classes. Workshops can consist of an overview of library resources, developing effective database search strategies, reading/understanding citations and locating the text from a citation, Google Scholar, and more!
Sincerely,
Karen W. Brown
