Holiday Tips
Boarding: Book EARLY! Some facilities fill up in early October!
X-Mas Decor: Fluffy and Fido love the sparkly decorations and the nummy smelling foods.....be on the look out for any missing !
Foliage: Certain plants can be toxic to animals, like poinsettias, be careful what plants your pets have access to.
Weather: Temperatures tend to drop dramatically. Make sure your pets have the proper shelter to keep them safe and warm!
House Guests: Make sure your pets are ready too for the added number of people in your home over the holidays! Sometimes pets get shy too..
This breed of dog is the smallest of the retrievers, first developed in the early 19th century. The Nova Scotia Duck Toller is a water dog with a water repellent double coat suited for retrieving ducks in any body of water. They are highly intelligent, affectionate and are great with kids or adults. Cornerstone was introduced to this breed by one of our clients who just got one. We thought Marley (above left) was so cute, we'd look up his breed and highlight it in this months Breed All About it!
