| MASTER OF BUSINESS OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE FOR HEALTHCARE | | New Degree Program at Ohio State
The best health care organizations are transforming themselves through operational excellence. However, there is a great shortage of health care leaders adequately schooled in the tools and the thinking of operational excellence.
The Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) at Fisher College of Business is an innovative program that prepares high-potential managers for leadership in the emerging, rapid and continuous improvement environment found in leading service and manufacturing companies. Leaders from the Healthcare Value Leaders Network are participating in curriculum development and teaching within the new healthcare program.
The MBOE for Healthcare focuses on three healthcare value streams: clinical, business, and patient and family service and improving end-to-end physical and information flow to improve patient safety and satisfaction while reducing waste.
