The Time is Now!
Thanks to my friends at Integra Realty Resources, this graph from their National Economic View clearly shows my views (as noted in my past newsletters) of the Central Florida Market.
Folks, we are at the bottom of this commercial real estate market. It may not be a great time to sell, but if you have good holding ability or can use the property, you may want to pull the money out of the CD's earning 1%-2% and get on board. - January 1: 2010 Valuation is determined.
- June/July: 2010 proposed tax assessments available online.
- August 20: 2010 proposed tax assessments are mailed.
- September 13: Last day to petition for 2010 tax reduction.
