Enterprise EVMS - an emerging trend

 Deltek Cobra 5.0 announced
At the recent Insight conference Deltek announced a major upgrade to the Cobra cost engine for Earned Value Management.
This has been a major development and is the first of Deltek's EPM
products to transition to Deltek's new architecture utilizing
