SANDRA DEE is back!  Where was she?

 

Sandra HeadshotYou may have noticed that I have been unusually quiet...this past month I have been busy learning from a mentor of mine, completing some very intense courses that will enable me to help my clients at a much deeper level when needed and create even faster results (and I thought the results came quickly before!).

 

We all know it can be challenging to take time to better yourself especially when your business seems to demand your constant presence, (right?!) but when an opportunity arises to gain greater knowledge that can bring you to the next level and beyond, you'll sense you just have to go for it.   I am so glad that did!  Although I did miss you!

 

**New additions to the COC training can directly benefit those experts that not only have their eye on media exposure and video but are speaking from a platform as well.  The toolbox at COC is open to you and chok full of techniques from the best speakers in the world to have you looking and feeling like a rock star on stage! Good stuff!

Three Ways Your Body Language Might be Costing You Money! 

 

Did you know that recent research proves 55 percent of our communication is physiological?  This means that even though we utter the exact words we intend, our bodies can be shortchanging our message... This is especially costly when it occurs during the money conversation with a potential customer.

 

WomanI recently sat in a group of amazing women entrepreneurs; all were brilliant and had plenty of experience, yet every one of them showed some stress when presenting the price they charged for their service or product. Every one! I know women can sometimes have a weakness this area. One of the many theories is that some women perceive asking for their established fee as "pushy" or masculine.

 

Today, I am not going to focus on the why but rather the more immediate and important how self-sabotage can happen. This will expose the ways to avoid the potential problem and help you to collect your worth every time!

 

Stress at the close of a sale can manifest in body language in sneaky little ways and nearly all of them can be perceived by a potential customer as an undesirable quality if that potential customer or client is at all uncertain.  What's surprising is that they may only be aware of this on an unconscious level...
