BAD FOOD = BAD RESULTS

We know that eating the wrong foods can cause:

  • Fatigue
  • Digestive stress
  • Blood pressure elevation
  • Lethargy
  • Mood alteration

GOOD FOOD - THE BENEFITS 

Some of the benefits of good food are:

  • Satisfies our hunger
  • Satisfies our need to be nourished
  • Taking care of ourselves, boosts our self-esteem
  • Better sleep
  • Lifts our spirits
  • Energizes
  • More productive
  • More clarity

 All leading us to HAPPINESS

 

GOOD FOOD 

This is a partial listing of good foods:

  1. Vegetables (other than potatoes) and preferably organic
  2. Chicken, turkey (preferably organic)
  3. Fish (wild caught)
  4. Cultured (aged) Monterey jack and cultured cheddar cheese
  5. Eggs
  6. Olive oil
  7. Avocado
  8. Hummus
  9. Raw nuts and seeds-almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

 

 

EXERCISE - THE 3 DAY CHALLENGE 

I invite and challenge you to do this for just three days:

 

1. Stay with the 9 "good foods" listed above.

2. Avoid all other food

3. Drink only water and green tea (remember it's only 3 days)

4. Notice the benefits to you.
